Very Sad News, Raymond J. Kadash:
Raymond J. Kadash -- Raymond J. Kadash, 82,
of Laurel, died Saturday, Jan. 7, 2012. Mr. Kadash retired from the United
States Marine Corp and Mobil Oil Company. He was a member of the Marine Corp
League.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years,
Audrey Kadash; 2 sons, David Kadash and his wife Marjorie and Gary Kadash and
his wife Kamela; 9 grandchildren; 1 great grandson and 2 brothers, John and
William Kadash.
He was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth
Kadash. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 12, at
Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 532 Stein Hwy., Seaford. Friends may call
from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 11, at Cranston Funeral Home, 300 N.
Shipley St., Seaford.ﾠ Burial will be at a later date at the General William
C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, N.J.
To all my fellow Saints:
Althea has been honored by being chosen to
be one of the 2011 inductees in the New Jersey Drum Corps Hall of Fame.
Althea's years
of participation with the Saints Drum Corps. and that magnificent horn section, talented
all-female mellophone line, and great color guards, I'm sure, were considered
when being chosen.
Althea would be further honored if any of you are able to attend the induction
banquet being held at the Sayreville VFW on Saturday, October 8, 2011. For

Calling all Saints!
We have requests for Saints Alumni shirts.
It would be great to have them for our
2nd Annual DCI East Weekend Saints Summer Fling that will be held on August 7,
at 1:00 pm at Big Shots located at 780 US 1, Iselin, NJ or just to have one.
We are not sure of the pricing just yet as costs went up since the last time
we ordered.

Time for a Little Help From My Friends.
The site is taking a toll on
my pocket and looking for a little help from members. I need some Donations to help with the sites bills I'm been taking care of from the start. If
you can Donate even $1.00 it would help out. If you can't I will understand.
Just wanted to share how this site got
started when I first posted on drumcorpsplanet.com back on February 26, 2007.
Here is the first post I wrote.
"I am Mark Chiocchi (Rocky) and belong
to The Edison NJ Saints From 1968 -1976
I was a Solo Soprano for the last 6 years of my 7 years there. My 2 brothers
were in the Saints as well Gary Chiocchi (Ragu) Snare Line and Kenny Chiocchi
(Pebbles) Second Soprano.
Tom (Bucky) Swan was the Hornline instructor and George Lopez was the Drumline
instructor, then we had a new Drumline instructor come in but don't remember
his name, he came from another Drum Corps.
Ralph Fair was the Drill Instructor. We had
2 corps. reunions a long time ago one at Mike Wargo place and one at the old
annex in Fords NJ.
Can't seem to find anybody anymore.
